Quotes & Bookings
All quotations provided by TM Media UK are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A booking is confirmed only once:
- The client has accepted the quotation or proposal.
- Any required deposit has been received.
- A booking date has been agreed.
We reserve the right to decline any project or booking request.
Payment Terms
Deposits
For certain projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices
Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.
Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in:
- Delayed delivery of content
- Suspension of ongoing services
- Cancellation of future bookings
Late Payments
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
Any costs incurred in recovering unpaid invoices may also be charged to the client.
Monthly Content & Subscription Packages
For clients on monthly content packages:
- Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
- Package details are outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.
- Unused content, shoot time, or services do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
- Package changes may require notice before the next billing period.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information required for the project.
- Supply requested materials within agreed timeframes.
- Obtain permissions for any locations, individuals, or materials involved in the project.
- Respond to review and approval requests promptly.
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery times.
Content Delivery
Completed content will typically be delivered electronically through cloud storage, download links, or other agreed methods.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Project scope
- Editing requirements
- Client feedback
- Seasonal workload
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed:
- One round of minor revisions is included with content delivery.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Major changes requested after approval may be treated as a new project.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled by the client:
- Deposits may be retained.
- Any completed work must still be paid for.
- Expenses already incurred may be chargeable.
Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests where sufficient notice is provided.
TM Media UK Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, equipment failure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the client to arrange an alternative date or provide an appropriate refund where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- TM Media UK retains copyright ownership of all content created.
- Clients receive a licence to use delivered content for their business marketing and promotional purposes.
Restrictions
Clients may not:
- Resell content without permission.
- Claim authorship of the content.
- Transfer usage rights to third parties without written consent.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
TM Media UK reserves the right to use completed work for:
- Portfolio purposes
- Website displays
- Social media promotion
- Marketing materials
- Award submissions
If a client requires content to remain confidential, this must be agreed in writing before the project begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TM Media UK shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Data loss
- Delays caused by third parties
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
